Eric was an integral part of my husband’s and my Chicago chapter from beginning to end. He helped us find a great rental unit as a transition home when we first moved to Chicago in 2016. Then he helped us find (and negotiated a wicked deal) our condominium in 2017 where we made our home for over 7 years. My job took us to Los Angeles in 2024 but Eric found us excellent tenants as we rented out our condo for 18 months. And then just recently he helped us sell our unit as we closed our final chapter in Chicago. He is well-informed, communicative, honest and always so friendly and easy to work with. We miss him already!

This is our second time purchasing a house with Eric. Hopefully we won't have to buy another house again anytime soon, but if we do, there's no doubt that we'll tap Eric as our listing agent. He's responsive, patient, and detail-oriented. I'm sure we were at a lower price point than many of Eric's clients (and that Eric was probably super-busy with other properties), but he always made us feel like we were his sole focus. We were able to snatch up a property in a hot market $10k below asking price... and sell our current house at $35k over the asking price - and we had five offers! That's thanks almost entirely to Eric's skill as a realtor. He's the best there is!

Eric was my selling agent on my very first condo in 2004. It sold in less than 14 days. Concurrently he was my agent as I pursued purchasing a single family home. He found the perfect new-construction home and got the builder to customize what eventually became one of my favorite residences.
